Then our waitress spent most of the time talking to us complaining about how. Our experience began by the woman who was going to be our waitress storming through the door and complaining about her job. Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. She demanded payment for the teas! She needed a lesson in customer service! We won't be going back to Bricks.

Any other establishment would have apologized, offered the tea for free and would try to make it right, but no. I pulled out a five dollar bill to pay for 2 glasses of tea and was told that the bill was $6.84. We decided not to wait any longer for 2 hamburgers. We waited several more minutes then finally she appeared to say it would be another few minutes. She told us she would check on our order. After an hour from when we ordered, my husband wandered around to find our waitress. We watched as meals were delivered to several of the tables that arrived well after us. Once we got our drinks and waited to place our order another 10 minutes, people began to. We waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Not many people there as it was late afternoon.

So, then the drink order was changed to a vodka tonic and lime juice - i ordered a diet drink. We explained it to her and she could not find it on her handheld computer. a hard seltzer and the waitress did not know what it was.

Our waitress then came over to take our order. The bartender apologized to us for our wait, wiped a table down for us and seated us. The service that night was poor! We had arrived there and it seemed slightly busy.
