I lost unsaved work and wasted hours restarting the application, which did cost me a few hundred dollars on billable hours. I ran it on a i7, 16GB RAM and RTX30 series (powerful computer) but the application was crashing constantly. They release a version that was broken and I used the free trial of that version not knowing it was broken.

after buying the one year subscription and renewing the product and getting a serial number to enter, the program stop working at the end of my original subscription. Good software, works well easy to use base on the similarity of autocad, would recommend it it wasn't for lack of support. and will not go back to Draftshight due to no customer support and a major waste of time trying to get it fix. but the program doesn't work and there is NO CUSTOMER support for the professional version even with a service number for the problem. program will not accept the new serial number till next year (2109) because it says i've already registered. the system shut down after the end of my original subscription.

Tip: To change the drawing sheet paper color, simply go to System Options > Colors > Color Scheme Settings > Drawings, Paper Color > Edit. It has the default drawing sheet paper color. This was cropped from inside of SOLIDWORKS.
